Black cats of blackwelder
We care for community cats, which costs approximately $232 per month. We would like to build an enclosure to prevent sickness and death. This is an attempt to control the population. Thus far, we have spay/neutered 15, re-homed 34+, and saved the lives of countless others. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
